In response to the ignorant comment below, regardless if this area is considered “felony flats”, EVERYONE who comes into that store should be treated with dignity and respect!!! EVERYONE!!!! I work nearby and go there from time to time in desperation of food because sometimes I can’t get away for lunch. I watch the owners of the store treat others constantly with disrespect and they are rude to just about everyone. What kills me the most is that they choose to own this store in the location it is in. No one makes them work there, they chose that! It is unfair to treat people poorly who are paying customers because of incidents that happened. If it were not customers their 7-11 would not make it. Its customers that pay their bills. Furthermore, when I have gone in there, I’m dressed professionly and I’m polite and still get rude snide comments like, “that’s all your buying” or that I need to “hit no” when using my debit for cash back, or my favorite when she told me I needed to buy an additional item. I thought we were in America where that is my right if I only want to buy one thing and use my debit card in the process. I highly recommend to everyone to stop using this 7-11. Don’t stop, not worth it, keep driving to one of the many other friendlier 7-11’s nearby. These people are not worth your time or hard earned money!!! If you patronize their store, you saying their behavior is ok and quit frankly, it is disgusting and not acceptable!!!!

The worst place I have ever been. The service is just the worst. They are always so rude to everyone. Sometimes they are on the phone and just ignore you. I got out of my way to not have to ever go there. I even had them not give me all my change once and told me I was wrong. They won't give you bags or anything if you don't have a big item. Honestly the one place I would shut down.

Sometimes, these employees get annoyed with me because I'm Deaf, but seriously though, I'm no different than everyone else. One summer day, I tried to buy a Blow Pop using my debit card so I could get cash back to use it to ride the bus, but unfortunately they declined it which made me so mad that I started crying because I had to go somewhere important that day, but to my luck, I had to beg the bus driver to let me get on the board for one ride for free which I was so grateful for. Also, I hate it when they stare at me every time I shop there because I'm guessing that they assume that I'm some sort of a criminal (as in a thief), but never in my whole life I've ever been to jail. Maybe they just think that deaf people are bad people?

Very polite staff. The people complaining about being treated like criminals either are criminals, or are unfamiliar with the neighborhood in which this 7-Eleven is located. It's Felony Flats, people. This store gets robbed with regularity, and there are more shoplifters than actual patrons. If you don't want to be treated with suspicion, go back to the South Hill.
