I was called and threatened by a staff member because I was being honest, I know I'm not the only one who forget to sign out and when you tell them about our mistake instead of helping me you tell me it doesn't matter. Then call me the next day and say I'm going to get kicked off the program but this is the same lady that said it don't matter your fine. Really 😒 well I guess it do matters.

We used to go to the Evanston location until our case was transferred here. Fast service, friendly staff and security guard. Very helpful and above all, FEW ppl compared to Evanston branch.

Some of the worst, most petty people on the planet work here. Especially in the P.A. time sheet division. These people will constantly pay you late or never process your time sheet. Then they'll blame you for it. If you have a question and their "busy" they'll just hang up on you. They have the worst attitude's i have ever seen. They do what ever they wan't in this office. Oh! and don't ever raise your voice, or have proof that they aren't doing their job right because they will hang up the phone on you and never answer, or just keep transferring you until you hang up. State employee's at it's finest!
