I was late like 15-20 min, when u have a baby and r pregnant , u know how it is. Plus traffic that you can't control. Anyways , even if it's my fault , they should tell the first comers all the rules at the time of appointment. So I drove for 30 munutes and they tell me that there's another person and they will have to run reports at 4, so they can not take me. if I was running late, I had to call them , which of course they never told me on the phone when I was making the appt. I don't know what would change if I called them and told them that I was running late. May be they'd run their reports later?;) Anyways , it felt like I'm asking them for a favor from their own pocket :((( their attitude was like that. I was furious! very poor service!
