For years I’ve struggled with tax return issues personal issues, and I’ve gone to many places and small businesses throughout my time filing taxes. With that being said, you can imagine I’ve come across some businesses and folks, for sure! Years previous it’s taken people over a year to get in contact with me about my refunds.. weather this be “phone-tag” or missed emails.. either way, it’s always a long, stressful wait. However, walking in here today was a weight lifted off my shoulders! Such a nice welcome, easy to talk to! Efficient and friendly! It was such and quick and easy interaction I didn’t grab their names but both women I spoke to were wonderful! The woman who seemed to be the one taking care of my refund advised an email would be there within the morning; it delivered 5 hours later! Their website is easy to maneuver! Can’t talk this place up enough! Will be returning!

This is THE place to get your taxes done in Beckley. I will never use anyone else for my personal or business needs! Spend your money locally!! Fast friendly service & excellent to work with! Make sure you ask for Cherie and tell her I sent you!
