This place is not a place to pawn sell or shop the fat girl that sometimes behind the counter thinks every person is want to sell there items for crack if you have a itemplate that would retail for 200 dollars she buy it for 20 but will not pawn as she said the people need to show them what the people can do and not give them any business let the fail people take you things to AL's Pawn Shop at 500 Fayette st he's doing better prices and his customer service has been top noch with me if I pawn sell or buy going to be late just call them they gladly let you pay a few days later this is and always has been my type of business and they be there for years to come working with people not hooking and crook in them 10 stars for Al's Pawn we need to shut the door on j&s pawn but if you want treated like trash Yelp go to j&s pawn they sure help you in that department.

Really cool place something new every time I go in massive amounts of DVDs super cheap like a dollar or two friendly staff id recommend this place to anyone

I took a $260 revolver into their "pawn shop" wanting to pawn it for $80 and He told me " i'm not interested in it"  I was not trying to sell it ......someone should tell him what a """PAWN""" a shop is........
