This company is an scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I called to place an order, they order the wrong item. They take the items back without giving me a receipt for the return and I have to wait over 10 days to get SOME of my money back. They keep the items, plus the tax that I paid (I do not know why if I returned they are supposed to give the entire money that I paid back, but the keep the taxes) and they keep around 30% of my money without reason since was their fault because they order something different than the Item that I asked them for. And even the order took more than a 4 weeks to arrived. When the package arrived for my surprise It was not the items that I was expecting. So I have been scammed by this company for around $300. They did not let talk to a manager. They hang off the phone on me. Nobody took responsibility for their mistake they just took my money and they walked away. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED with this ¨company¨

DO NOT BUY FROM THAT COMPANY!!ANGEL RIPPED ME OFF OVERCHARGED SHIPPING AND WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS!! CRISTINA STRUGGLED TO TRY TOHELP ME AND I STRUGGLED TO UNDERSTAND HER. IM STILL WAITING FOR ANGLE TO CALL ME BACK AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS. THAT PLACE IS A JOKE. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DK HARDWARE IS A JOKE AND IM PRETTY SURE THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE OR PAID FOR!! ANGLE CALL ME ASAP ABOUT MY ORDER YOU MESSED UP!!

Rude customer service... Ordered a set of double doors from their website, few hr later was informed that item was out of stock via email. called the # from the email and was offered with rude and insulting answers, lied to and even hung up on while trying to get further information on a different product. Called back one last time to ask if similar product posted on their website was available before i ran my card for another $1000 and was told they could not confirm that and to refer to their website... Total BS from these people.

Excellent order and service department. DK Hardware Supply allows a do-it-yourselfer or the small time handyman service access to professional grade materials that are normally out of reach to this market segment.
