Very rude customer service treatment, impolite and uneducated. They treat like a supermarket box. Don't recommend to my worst enemy. Avoid it

Merry Christmas!  UPS came through for me and my friend receiving his computer.  This store is very busy and Cynthia, Jonathan and Olga made sure his computer was handed to us before he left for the airport.  Without their attention he would left empty handed.  Thank you!

They suck. I been customer for 5 years. I am 14 days late on an annual contract and I explained that I would be late. They are now holding my checks / mail until I pay $278 for year. How low can a small business be?!  Don't use these people!!!
