I had car trouble yesterday and needed a ride to a car service area. I called DK taxi and described the landmarks around me because i had no clue where I was. The driver had no problem figuring out my location, and he arrived quickly. I appreciated that he called me right before he arrived to let me know he was close by. He was so nice and helpful. Great service!

Great taxi service! On time and when I need them. I had to cancel a transaction because I used the wrong card and they refunded it super fast and I was able to use my company card instead. Thanks DK taxi :-)

For several consecutive months, I have repeatedly called upon the taxi services of DK Taxi, LLC of Fayetteville, NC. With no exception whatsoever, DK Taxi has highly performed in each of the categories mentioned. Always! DK Taxi genuinely lives up to its billing that its customer services are delivered with quality and comfort. My taxi needs are varied and they have included travel to and/or from: home, the airport, time-sensitive appointments and sports events, employment-related destinations, and shopping. I have never been disappointed in choosing DK Taxi Services to get me where I needed to go. Never! The weather and/or time of day or week have never been a factor in the quality of customer service provided by DK Taxi. When needed, the driver even voluntarily assisted me with moving personal items to and from the vehicle---a service often needed by some customers. I have never felt neglected or rushed while using DK Taxi! After waiting 30 minutes, I called the company (driver) he said something came up but that he was on his way.... Fast forward another 30+ minutes still no cab. Don't use this Comp y they are ridiculous! iim
