Terrible! Go elsewhere for care not here. I received a wrong diagnosis with a physicians assistant, not even a doctor available, and charging as if it was a physician. They were not able to correctly X-ray me, had to repeat the procedure and bill for that mistake. Screwed up billing urgent care to insurance and poor customer service throughout.

i have to admit they are getting this rating due to the fact when i tried to make an appointment to see Dr Hatfield, they wouldnt let me cause i have a bill with them that i havent completely paid off! But in my defence i had been making payments i could afford to pay and because i wasnt paying fast enough they sent it to a collection agency,so when i got harrassed by the collection agency when i was waiting for my disability approval i had no income so i couldnt pay them. So here i sit with a back that needs fixed, that other docs dont want to touch cause Dr.Hatfield did the original surgery and they dont want to mess with what he did and i cant see him cause of this!! i would of kept paying on it but you send me to a collection agent so i get a bad mark on my credit rating cause i didnt pay fast enough, that sucks i could see if i hadnt paid any of it but i told you from the beginning it was gonna take me longer than a year maybe even two to get it paid as long as i was making an attempt you should of left it alone!

I have been extremely impressed with your physicians and therapists. From Dr. Lind and his nurse in the ER to Dr. Gaffey and staff in surgery to Chad Suiter in hand therapy. They have all been very kind and compassionate and have provided excellent care - I'm thankful for their skill in helping my broken wrist to heal quickly! Thank you!
