They are really nice, helpful, and informative. The only problem is instead of putting on their voicemail or Google maps that they are closed from Nov.22- 27th, it says time varies for black Friday. I showed up with the sign on the door telling me they are closed until. Which is inconvient. 10 to 11 hour shifts and my opportunities to get there are hard. A better heads up would be appreciated. Besides that great team there.

Judy is amazing and will help with exceptional customer service. Spoke with another woman and she was so rude I asked to speak with someone else because of her attitude only to have her hang up on me...I wish I could remember her name. My simple question that was too hard for simple-minded whats-her-name but was answered in less than 5 minutes by Judy.

Angela was simply awesome! She is very friendly, listens to the customers concerns, and ensures everything is accurate. Her patience and customers service skills are impeccable....truly deserving of an award and top recognition.

The fact that this complaint has been posted previously, tells me the office management doesn't read this or doesn't care. My wife sat in the office for over an hour, pateintly waiting to get an update to her license because she had eye surgery. After over an hour they tell her she needs a birth certicate or Passport. You would think they would have a HUGE sign that tells people this when they walk through the door. With all of the political correctness garbage that society tries to push, how about some political politeness and consideration of other peoples time. But what should I expect from a government office.
