Dr. Cooley is a neglectful doctor she said she was gonna give me my medicine for three months until my new insurance started and she lied. I do not recommend this Doctor! Now im out and hope i dont stroke out if i do and im still able im gonna sue the piss out of her and make her life hell like shes done to me! Not only that you have to wait two hours to be seen!

They found protein in my urine and keep putting it off won't call me back I had to call them very irritating

We only needed one shot but they were saying we needed more than we did, the schools said to our face we didn't need anymore shots and they kept us waiting 45 minutes in an empty waiting room to get one shot.

I Trudy Beaty have the most wonderful Doctor at the Bear Run facility! Her name is Dr. Eileen Lauzardo. She is very smart, well spoken and articulate. She has helped me so much with my health. I choose to visit the Bear Run Health Department because I have tried to find a compatent Primary Care Doctor in the private sector and came up with no one as kind and caring as Dr. Lauzardo. I also want to mention Theresa whom I have the pleasure of speaking to for my appointments. Theresa is always pleasant to helpful in getting me in to see Dr. Lauzardo no matter what I need to see her for. I want to thank these ladies as well as Joy whom is the best at doing my blood work with the least amount of time and no pain! Anyone that receives treatment at the Bear Run facility needs to feel fortunate to have such a fabulous staff taking care of them. Thank You Trudy Beaty
