Love love love this place! Always clean, inviting and professional! Adam and Danielle know what they're doing and they care! They love what they do and more importantly they love the people that they invest in! Amazing to see the personal attention that they give everyone! They tailor the workouts to the level from beginner to expert! Highly recommend this place!

I love my gym! So grateful that I randomly walked in the doors to check it out back in February. The coaches are sweet and knowledgeable and the community aspect of working out is a huge motivator for when it gets hard and you just want to quit. They keep you going!

This crossfit gym is amazing. Hands-down the most physical improvement and transformation I've ever seen my body achieve. I had a bad experience with crossfit in the past which led me to going to LA fitness and try working out on my own. I plateued pretty bad doing that. My friends convinced me to give this crossfit gym a try, as they had talked it up so much. I can attest that it was even better than what they made it out to be. The coaches are so incredibly knowledgable, personable, and intentional with each member. You can trust them and know they are providing safe and effective training. They create an atmosphere where you aren't afraid of challenge nor are you ashamed with where you're at physically. Besides challenging their members physically, we are challenged mentally as well, teaching us to push past negative barriers that often hold us back. They organize "family" outings once a month (kickball, volleyball, beach day, etc.) and really do make it feel like it is a family. The other members there are also so encouraging, friendly, and respectful. Needless to say, I am now in love with crossfit again and would give this gym more stars if I could! You'll get much more than a gym and a workout at DNA. You'll get inspiration, friendship, encouragement, and so much more.
