I love the secretary Abigail. She is very helpful and makes my checkin very smooth. I love all the doctors there too Dr Okafer listens to me when I need to talk medically and my daughter loves Dr Quevedo he’s been there for years and is good with kids.

The office is nothin like it used to be to say the least. The doctor there is so unprofessional when it comes to takin care of patients outside of the office, like results for tests performed or call backs. My mom was seen a few months back and they told her she needed an echo for an abnormal ekg. The doctor told us to call back in a few days, when I called back results weren't in, called back for about 2 weeks with the same excuse. I left many messages for the doctor while he was in the office and when he was out the office. Weeks after the results were mailed with no explanation. I decided to go a few weeks ago for something very specific, the doctor did a culture and told me to call back in 2 days, it's been 3 weeks and he still hasn't called me back, even with the messages I left. He gave me the wrong antibiotics and my 11 month old caught the infection and he had to have a culture done with his pediatrician. My baby should have never been exposed if my doctor was competent enough to take care of me!

Staff and Medical Director are extremely rude! The facility is deplorable and patient information is visible for all to see. I would suggest you going to another place for care. Mount Sinai should be ashamed to be affiliated with such a poorly run facility. I will be contacting the state to voice my concerns.

Front desk staff are rude and incompetent. Wait times are always long, even if you're the only person there. I called once to ask when I could stop by to have my doctor sign a form for school and when I arrived the day reception told me to, I was scheduled for an actual appointment and charged a copay. I literally just needed the doctor's signature. Then they wouldn't refund me and directed me to someone in another office. I asked for a copy of my records at the front desk and they stated they couldn't print that out for me, I would need the doctor to do that. So I asked the doctor and she stated she couldn't access my files because I was still under the pediatric section and she didn't have access to it...I was told to go to the Department of Health to obtain my records. I don't understand why my files were never moved over to the appropriate section. I stopped by another time because I was extremely sick and too desperate to look for another place, but there was no doctor on staff. What's the point of being open with no physician available? I asked the receptionist to print my records so I can visit another location. While servicing me, she's talking on her personal cell phone and eating. I'm so tired of this location, I definitely won't be returning.
