Dr. Pongnon is very personable. Listens attentively, gives you facts and before she makes recommendations she makes sure all necessary testings are done, she is very thorough. She informs you of all your options, makes suggestions for you to make the most informed decision. Despite her busy schedule, after my surgery she visited me everyday, even on a Sunday, I know it might not always be possible for her to do that for everyone, but it speakers volume about how much she cares. At first I was not sure what to think of Dr. Pongnon she is very humble and down to earth but professional at the same time and her humble demeanor can be misunderstood, but everything good takes time. Give yourself time to know her.. Choosing her as my doctor was one of the best decisions I have made. Love her and her staff.

Great doctor and medical staff! Listened to all my concerns thoroughly. Was very patient and not rushing even after a long day.

She's very pleasant and easy to talk to. I don't feel rushed or judge about my visit to the office. The wait time isn't long and the waiting room is always clean.

Ive always had good experiences when I come to see Dr. Pongnon. The Receptionist is polite and professional, the waiting room offers coffee and other drinks. The Medical Assitants do a good job at taking down the info before the doctor comes in. I am very comfortable with Dr. Pongnon, she makes me feel comfortable when discussing sensitive topics. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I didn't have a pleasant experience at all. Dr. Sheila Pongnon wasn't really friendly. I felt odd when she examined me in January 2016. I called her office and talked to her personally when I checked my profile she made online a day after. I asked her to delete some false information she wrote on my profile that she concluded from our appointment. She refused to delete that though I "the patient" insisted that the information was wrong! So I decided to change my Gynecologist and I called the office to delete my profile with them. The front desk lady was very rude! I'm so sorry that I wasted my time and energy to find her! I'm also sorry for all the wrong information you find online about a doctor.
