The service has, unfortunately, gone downhill in recent months. The staff used to really scrub the bugs off of the front and sides of my cars. They also used to check the back and clean anything that needed it, now they do a feel swipes and have you go through the machine. At the end, most times the roller that dries the excess water beads doesn't even come down, resulting in water spots. I usually have to spend another 15 to 20 minutes wiping down the car to take off the excess wax,  dirt and water beads left behind, realizing I should have just washed the car at home. The soft towels they provide and vacuuming are nice touches, and when they provide interior service, they usually do a pretty good job. They do not go above and beyond to make sure they vacuum and clean thoroughly though and on occasion, my dash was left with a dull residue.

This place is awesome. Let me start by saying, you start off with people that give your vehicle a quick scrub and tuck in your side view mirrors. After the wash, which costs $5-$20 depending on what features you desire, the option to park and vacuum exists. They have extraordinarily powerful vacuum cleaners that suck all the loose surface contamination from the inside of your vehicle. Oh and they also have a vacuum on both sides of the parking spaces. They even have a floor mat washer, free of charge, and a tray with towels and spray cleaner for complementary use. Additionally they offer a service for detailing the inside of your vehicle, if you feel like the price is a convenient trade for your freedom to sit back and relax. All in all, best drive through carwash I have ever been too. It's effective, convenient, and affordable. It's also in the same parking lot as Little Caeser's, Game Over, Great Clips, and Publix.

Great Carwash. I work in Jacksonville and none of the carwashes I've tried come close to the quality of  wash Dr. Suds gives my car. Ample amounts of detergents, and wax/sealants. Water beads off my car for weeks to months!

The worsted car wash I've used in a long time. I didn't love it the first time I used it but gave it a second chance.  I even paid for the best wash and I was not worth it.  Keep your money and go somewhere else.  If there was anywhere else.

Seems kind of hit or miss with the washing for some reason. I always pay a bit extra for the bug removal but I always end up having to scrub extras off myself. Free vacs and cleaning supplies are a really good touch so that you can detail your vehicle. They have full service interior cleaning as well but only if you get the manager special on certain days.
