Went in for a basic car wash. The employee helping me said it would be $8 for a wash which included free vacuuming. After leaving the facility I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $11 instead of $8. I was charged $8 for the basic wash but I was charged an additional $3 for a tire shine. I was never asked if I wanted a tire shine or told I would be charged extra for it. I called immediately when I noticed the extra charge, but didn’t reach anyone since they were closed for the day, so I instead left a message on their machine. Several days passed and I did not hear anything so I again called back. I talked to the manager who said it must’ve been an innocent mistake made by the employee. He took my card information and assured me I would be refunded the $3. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. The car wash was decent, but I’m not impressed with their customer service.

I love this car wash. My car has been in the rain and its still shiny. The staff was nice. This was my first experience but won't be my last!

Paid $61 for a $12 car wash and $49 wax/buff. I dropped off and stayed in the area. Took about 1.5 hrs, received call to pick up. Car still had dried bugs splatter on the front and mirrors, wheels still had brown gunk on them. I complained about the bug juice, they said the auto wash doesn't get that crusted stuff?? For $60 I expected more. Manager asked an employee to use some rubbing compound  to remove bugs and he got most of them and reapplied wax. Still had some grime and such on the rear window and in wheels etc. I won't go back. I will look for someone who hand washes and waxes. At least they can make sure the car is clean before waxing.

I got my car washed here yesterday and I have to say it was fantastic! As a Realtor I have to get my car washed very often, and because of that I have tried just aboiut every car wash you can imagine. I haven't had my interior cleaned here yet, but after my experience I will definitely be back. I am strongly considering paying for the monthly pass. Keep up the good work and honest business.

The staff was very polite, helpful, and fast.  They did nice work detailing the inside of my vehicle also.
