I have delivered two babies at Doctors Hospital. A healthy girl in 2015 and just recently a stillborn 24 week old girl. The staff, on both occasions, were great. We always had everything we needed, we helped right away, the rooms were nice, and everyone was very kind and respectful. Especially for this second very emotional delivery I cannot express how very greatful I am to the staff they were wonderful.

I love Doctor's Hospital b/c the doctors are really good, very attentive, and they provide great quality of care. I bypass two local hospitals and drive 1hr and 40min to Doctor's b/c of the quality of care which has always been great until tonight. This is the first time experiencing bad service here. We saw a PA who was clueless and the nurse as well. No matter our concerns, it was like the PA was reciting something from her PA book. And the nurse couldn't answer any of my questions. I gave two stars b/c they were still better than our local hospitals and they stopped the pain for now. We waited in the ER 4 hours b/f my husband could be seen. I'm glad that Doctors is expanding but I sure hope that it doesn't decrease in quality of care provided.

When I am in town I use this facility and normally receive great care. Tonight was NOT the case. Went in saw a PA by the name of Stephanie and while she made me believe she was listening to me she paid nothing I said ANY attention. This was the 1st time in a long time that I knew I was being discriminated against. The RN (a Chinese lady) was short, didn’t listen and literally had me waiting in a room over two hours on medications I ALREADY take. I won’t be returning which is sad. With all that’s taking place in medicine and the competition being so great you’d think they would care more about their patients. They lacked empathy, didn’t respect me and showed NO concern for me or those around me. I would suggest you NOT go here for care unless your dying and even then it’s questionable.

Waited in the waiting area for over 3 hours. The RN in the ER was very insensitive and had NO idea what she was doing. She was trying to draw my blood and stuck me twice with no success. When I asked for a more experience nurse she told me to go back to the waiting room. She was the only nurse. Going to university. Wow!

Unfortunately I had to rate one star. The condition that brought me into the hospital was of my own doing, however once there I could have received better care on the street. I had a nurse in the ICU neglect care for a day, complained of pain she stated she was calling the doctor, he showed up several hours later to inform me that he had not been called. I had been vomiting and had to be changed twice the nurse was aked by the aid to help out nurse refused and told aid would have to wait for next shift. The sitters that they had in the room would fall asleep or be on there cell phones swearing. After I got out of ICU the next unit I was in shared a room, the nurses and doctors violated every HIPPA law discussed my care in front of other patients visitors, or other people in the room who were not directly responsible for my care. The roommate was left in his body fluids all day from early morning until 10.30pm one day with no change or bath stunk horribly.the State should investigate the care being provided here.
