I bought the hat here. They asked me if I want to put the name on it. I said yes. But when I see my hat . there's some red cotton on the white. I try to tell them to fix it because it is a present. They tell me the only thing they can do is cut the red one. But the sample they showed me don't have this problem . They just said it is machine problems. They can't stop it.I think it's irrational. Although the stuff is nice I still feel bad. If I knew it will become like this I won't make it.

The employees suck. I went and some guy who worked there was no help. I called the phone number thats shown here as the store and no one ever picked up.
