As I have been visiting here nearly every week since this place has opened, I think I can confidently review this place. This location may not be representative of other locations, because they have the captured market of the office tower next door and probably don't have to worry much about quality, but this place clearly does NOT worry about quality. Most times I have ordered salads from this place, the lettuce has been wilting, and most other ingredients are not quite fresh. For a place that really only offers salads and sandwiches, that is pretty disappointing. Their sandwiches are OK, but overpriced for what they are. The staff is nice, but there have been instances where they get bogged down to the point where customers are waiting over an hour for their food. Their pastries are just alright, which is a little sad for a place that calls itself a bakery, and the Peets' coffee often has lots of grounds left in it. Also, they have an online ordering system but it is filled with bugs, and it sends an automated text 15 minutes after you order telling you your order is ready, whether it is ready or not. Overall, 2/5. Hope this place is replaced again soon.
