Love this place! I've been taking Lucky there for 2 years now and have not had any problems. I usually call in the day before or same day. Price is very reasonable and they love Lucky!.

I took the day off of work so that I could get both my dogs in for the first time. They open up at 730am on Monday, my appointment was at 8am and no one was there.  I never received a call.  I left a voice message and no call back.  The inside of their place was pigsty.

I've been taking my 70 pound Labradoodle here for about a year.  We have him cut very short in the fall for hunting season and they do a great job.  I have always been satisfied.  Face looks great, nails trimmed well - fresh and clean!

I stopped taking my dog here about a year ago. I had no complaints until one day I went back to pick HER up. As I was sitting there waiting, another customer (laughing) told me how she got MY dog out to HER car and realized she was NOT a boy. Yes that is right, this place gave my dog to another customer. And the worst part about it was that not one person on the staff acknowledged the massive error OR apologized for it. It was the worst customer service and safety issue I've experience in the 12 years I've had my dog. Trust me, I was NOT laughing
