Experienced breeder of 40+ years! Our puppies are bred in a licensed, regularly inspected kennel. *Because we raise our own puppies* we can control the quality, temperament, genetic soundness and provide your family with a sound, healthy, well socialized, loving puppy. You are welcome to come to our home in Northern Wisconsin to meet the parents to your potential puppy.

I have worked in sales and customer service for over 8 years after getting my degree, so I am eminently aware of when someone is selling to me as well as their customer service skills. Before even coming in, I called Sandy and we talked for almost an hour on the phone. I was apprehensive, since this would be my first pet, and inundated her with questions. she took her time and listened to me, and her warm personality emanated over the phone. I told her I would come in and when I did, I was met with the same warmth and loving demeanor in person. From my experience, this is a woman who doesn't see race. What she sees is energy, and whether you exude the right energy for the dog you desire. She has a real knack for it; her assessment of me is what all the patients I work with tell me I exude-a calm loving energy well suited for puppy I fell in love with.  I watched her run around the store while still keeping attentive to me; people don' t seem to comprehend that because a dog cannot speak, she strives to speak for them and be their personal advocate. She's small but strong and resolute in what she believes in; I watched her interactions with several people and she gauges your energy, your work hours, and you schedule to determine if a dog you like is the right fit for you. Throwing out race as a factor is a serious accusation, and i can say with resolute certainty that was not what mine or my best friend, who also happens to be black, experienced.  When she came in to see the dog with me on my second visit, she also spoke to Sandy's warmth and overall integrity. My friend is more methodically observant than me, and told me she picked up on the fact that each dog's bowl was clean, and that my dog in particular was well groomed, happy and well cared for. My baby boy had dribble running down his nose that concerned me; when I brought it to her attention, she did not mitigate it or try to pretend it wasn't there, instead she appraised it and suggested that i should keep Chewy there with her. It was my intention to take him home that very day. Let's think about this for a moment-how many people do you know would pass up an almost 2000 dollar sale to do what is in the best interest of their puppies? My best friend and I were beyond impressed. Then the cherry on top is I received a call from her today telling me she believes Chewy is indeed a little sick, and she  and Terri would like to keep him and nurture him back to health at no cost to me.Don't let the few negative reviews stop you from coming in. This is a stand up phenomenal woman who deserves all the praise in the world.

Absolutely best small breed store in Milwaukee. Sandy is super knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about each family that comes in looking. The only drawback is they're only open Friday to Sunday (or Thursday to Saturday during football season). I stop in frequently even after having bought 2 pups and they love to hear from past customers.

I bought my dog on July 2 2017 and the people where very nice. I love the dog they are so cute. The woman that was their was nice to all my family. My puppy is still very healthy. In the future if I want another dog I will go back.

Love this puppy heaven. Sandy is the best. Knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She truly loves her puppy charges. No place better in this city. Not a puppy mill!

Have 2 puppies from here. Both are in great health. Sandy is amazing. Shop is very clean and puppies are well taken care of.
