Took my German Shepherd in to get her first hair cut. Understandably she was extremely nervous being around other dogs... the groomer was upset that the dog pooped after her wash when she was left unattended for the groomer to "see about another dog" and had to rewash her. The groomer refused to cut her hair because she didn't wsnt to upset the dog any further again understandable. But to charge $92 for a deshedding treatment that is part of the shampoo and conditioning treatment is outrageous! My dog now has hair falling out and is constantly scratching and itching near her tail. When I called and asked them about it, they claim they have no clue what happened. She has never had this before now all of a sudden she her beautiful white coat is thining and has patches.... all I asked is what chemicals they used and couldn't get a straight answer. Never going to them again. Told all my dog owner friends to stay away if they value the health of their pet! EDIT: As soon as I posted this review, the co-owner contacted me via email. She was very attentive and sympathetic to my situation. She resolved my issue within minutes! Even though I didn't want it gave me a full refund, and made arrangements for me to bring Daisy back and meet the head groomer and her as well. Gave me important pointers for what to do next. Suggested a good allergy vet, and what over the counter soothing gel I should get while I wait. I am blown away by her service and comoletely changed my opinion in the location. The employee in question is getting a full training in how to deal with sensitive dogs and worried customers!!! I comoletely recommend them now that I habe the whole picture!

My pups and I are truly thrilled with our experience at dogtown. Been looking for a friendly fun loving place to bring my pup for a simple bath. Dogtown blew us away! No cages, lots of love, and TLC. I never seen my dog so happy after leaving a groomer. The staff took care of my little one and gave her all the love and care she deserved. Super clean place, great products, and they topped it off with a cute holiday bow. Great place!

Dogtown is the BEST!!! Their facility is beautiful and clean, and the environment is so welcoming for pets, which can't be said for most boarding places. The staff shows so much love for the pups they care for, and even though my sweet girl is only six pounds, I never have to worry when I leave her there...it's like a little doggie vacay! Spa day and all. :)

Amazing place.. i have a dog that requires a lot of attention and patience. At Dogtown they know how to deal with Bobbie and we are thankful for it. We strongly recommend it
