This review is for the groomer. Our dog got his nails done here and they handled him horribly. He was terrified, shaking, and bleeding when they gave him back. His nails didn't look any shorter except for one and they blamed him for not being able to behave. Took him to City Pooch next time and they said PetSmart had cut one nail way too short and caused him to be upset the rest of the time because he was in a lot of pain. He had one super short nail and the rest were still way too long they told us. City pooch got his nails where they should be and he didn't bleed or freak out. He came out happy, wagging his tail and licking his groomer. What a difference from PetSmart who hurt him and then blamed him for it...never coming back here for anything. Awful groomer.

All the staff is super nice and helpful. Dr. BONNAMY at the Banfield here is wonderful. Carlos and the grooming staff are great. I even came to the puppy training classes here.

Staff very friendly and communicative. I was calling the hotel twice a day to find out about my cats and the staff answered quickly. Unfortunately the hotel only has 6 space for cats so I had to select a boarding below and the other up I would like also that the cat boarding will be an little broader. But overall everything is fine and would take them back if necessary. My thanks to all the hotel staff for their nice work!

Nice pet store stocked with everything I need to take care of my kittens. The staff are wonderful and I come by here all the time for cat food and such.

I have three small dogs and I have been taking them to this grooming salon for a while now, and despite having had a good service, I have to give them one star because of the following reason: My friend adopted a big dog from Miami Dade Animal Services, and casually, the dog was at this PetSmart at the time of adoption. So he got him on this very same PetSmart. He took him that same week for a bath and everything was OK, so he continued taking him there for baths (he is the best dog BTW). Yesterday, when he showed up for his bath appointment, a lady told him she could not take him in because he's a pitbull (what?). We know pits are not permitted in Miami Dade, and this one was adopted not only from the county BUT also at this store. My friend explained her all that and also that he had been going there for baths several times now but still she refused to accept him just because SHE BELIEVED he looked like a pit (he is an American bulldog mix and we have all his paperwork). Honestly, one cannot help but feel extremely discriminated with this kind of treatment. I will definitely never take mine back, nor will I ever buy something from them again. Complete lack of respect.
