It appears this entire company is 1 star. Had a terrible experience with their Omaha division, and now this location is just as bad. Had an appointment for today, sent guys to site waiting for 4 hours. There was supposed to be a phone call which never happened. Called customer service who could not find the order by last name, BOL or address. Go figure. She finally found it after 30 painful mins. Then tells me the driver is probably busy and may bump it until tomorrow. Can you call them? Of course not, the driver supposedly has no phone ... yet he was supposed to call the crew 30 mins away. This company is clueless from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs or you will regret it, the cost of cheap is very expensive.

I would give it 0 stars but it would not let me. They Called to schedule delivery and NEVER showed after 5 phone calls and a cumulative hour on hold was told that I needed to reschedule after taking off work and waiting around all day for them they expect us to take off work another day and wait around for them to show up at their own convenience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Pot hole city,  terrible parking lots, this is one outdated dump of a shipper. They work for John Deere so I guess they're use to being poor.  And that eyesore of a building,  geez, if I were the owner,  I'd have to do something with it just for PRIDE,  LOL

Truckers: I-280 to exit 11B (IL 92) east, go to (7th ave) exit, at ramp turn left, name changes to (6th ave), at (mill st) turn right and follow road, name changes to (3rd ave).
Park in drop yard on right and walk bills to s/r  at Gate B (located across fom car parking area), s/r is inside office area near gate B.
