The operations manager tries running the terminal personel like everyone is in high school. If you go against any thing she says she will make it her duty to try and screw you over and get you to lose your job. Hours were too long for the pay. While I was there during 2013 to 2014 2 people got hypothermia from being required to stay on the frigid dock the entire shift and not being allowed to get a chance to warm up. BTW the shift were 14 plus hours at this time.
