Story

Our specialties include a delicious daily pesce di giorno (fish special), hand cut bistecca (New York strip), and fantastic pizza and pasta dishes! Dolcetto offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for our diners. Our friendly and personable staff will go out of their way to accommodate you when you dine with us. We offer regular lunch and dinner specials which include dessert.
We serve brunch on Sundays from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. Whether you’re a regular or a first timer stopping in for a quick bite, everybody is part of the family at Dolcetto!

If you're going on a Saturday as I did, it's a great idea to make reservations. I knew we were going to enjoy this place as soon as we were greeted at the door by the very pleasant hostess. After we were seated, we were greeted by yet another smiling and seemingly happy to see us face, that of our server, I believe her name was Alicia (don't shoot me if I get her name wrong). As busy as the place was that evening, she still found time to linger at each of her tables to make you feel just that extra bit special. We ordered our drinks, which arrived at our table quite promptly, then our server returned in what seemed like the appropriate amount of time to take our dinner order. I had the lasagna and my dinner date had the spaghetti and meatballs, both of which deserve to be ordered on our next visit, yes we agreed that we will return. Service was rendered in a manner that begs for your continued patronage. Before we left, we had the pleasure of meeting the proprietor, whom to my surprise was acquainted with my dinner date through her office, (I believe his name is Dino), all I can say is, "what a great guy"! He spent a few minutes with us and then he was off to another table to make sure they were also satisfied with their visit to this wonderful establishment. Dino has done an excellent job on atmosphere, which lends itself to a great after dinner conversation which we in no way felt hastened to conclude. I could go on and on, but you definitely need to try this place for yourself and you'll find out why we saw so many happy faces. Dolcetto has definitely made it's way unto my "must do when in London" list!

My husband and I tried this for date night about a month ago and we LOVED it. The food, the wine, the service, everything was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time being in the restaurant and we had a wonderful evening together. It’s beautiful inside and has a very romantic setting. Little loud but other than that it was fine. Servers were great and friendly and it was quick and easy to get a table. I would definitely be coming back again! Thanks for a wonderful dinning experience. I have recommended this place to my friends and family to try.

Thoroughly impressed! The most important thing to me at a restaurant is the food. This place nailed that spot on. Not only was it among the best Italian food I've had (And yes, I've been to Italy), it's among the best food of any variety I've had. But not only was the food great, the service was too. Very attentive server provided exceptional service. Pricing is what I would expect to pay for a good restaurant and the atmosphere was nice. Overall, I would rank this in the top one percent of restaurants I've been to. I look forward to returning!

Our new favourite place for a nice dinner in (well near) London. Fantastic food, some of the best Italian I’ve had. Fantastic service. Prices were good for what you get. Fancy without being pretentious. We will be back. It’s now a “must stop” for every time we are in the area.

Always an incredible time. Food is amazing, service is polite and prompt. Go, drink and enjoy! I know my friend and I sure will!
