First of all, I tried to visit the location in Van Born only to find that it was closed until 3pm and that was st 1130am. So I decided to visit this location. I don't know where Dollar General train some of their cashier's, maybe the School of Rude. Because the one I encounter today was Valedictorian of her class. No customer service skills. No "Hi how are you?" The customer in front of me went to his car to get a penny. I swear I could make this up if I tried. He held up the the line and do you think she said anything? No apology! Nothing! I didn't know he only needed a penny because hell I would have paid for his whole order just to get out of this God forsaken place. Dollar General needs to send silent shoppers to their stores to see what their poor customers go through.

Have frequent and the store several times will never do it again I had a horrible experience from a gentleman I will say that has worked there for some time I was completely ignored as a customer and a person 3 times and then messed up my PayPal account now which is been cancelled the manager blame me because I should have done his math which was not heard and I will be reporting this to corporate absolutely I would never do this otherwise but I will never go to the store again and I suggest you do the same because that is horrible customer service and should not be sent for Kimberly akans

I just had the worst experience hear I dropped a candle it broke. I got too the register with a 150.00 buggy  plus.... i sware to god it was more then that  and the guy told my wife that we have to pay for what was droped. He looked  at my wife as she said to him are you jokeing he said do i have a smile on my face then we left our buggy. Don't Shop hear guys he double scanned our items as well . I just can't believe it I hope this person don't work there for long.

Encountered the same rude cashier. She doesn't say hi when you approach the register, says "mmhmm" when you say thank you. Poor customer service all the way around. So much so I will not be returning.
