New building with the same service.   They get my order correct almost every time.  Somehow I don't expect more. 4 stars for a fast food place.

I dropped someone off at the Detroit Airport this morning after driving in from Lansing, then I had to turn around and go back to Lansing . I stopped at this McDonalds to get something but to also use the bathroom. It was 6am. The lobby was suppose to be open at 6am but the doors were locked. An employee said they were not ready to open, it is now 6:04 am. I said well can I go to the bathroom since I have been on the road. The mangaer told the employee NO. That I could go to the gas station next door. 

I WILL NEVER STOP BY THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN whenever I have to go to the airport.

This restaurant is the worst and the slowest. I’ve never had a place to eat that always mess up my order every time.its two blocks away from my home, so this is the closest place to go, but Rather just don’t even bother eating McDonalds instead of going through the hassle you go through when going to this location.

Updated building and equipment. Problem is they kept old employees who are doing the same terrible job. One employee I talked to said there's no team work going on here. Sounds like managment needs to address this problem. I've been coming here for 5 years and it's one of the worst run McDonalds in Michigan. I didn't have just one bad experience it's an ongoing problem every week. Only 2 stars because only about 30% of my visits go smoothly.  I'm really hoping for improvement because this location is super close to me.

Their service needs to speed up. They take 10mins at most time to make just a coffee. That's uncalled for. I notice they are always hiring new people all the time...why?
