When on a budget, shop here first for everything. A lot of the stock is outdated items they get ahold of, but who cares? What you can buy here in a can for a dollar, you can easily spend 3 or 4 at City Market. Watch what you buy, some things like can openers and ties simply don't work. Then, if they don't have an item you want, check Walmart next and then City Market last. As for fresh produce, skip Walmart entirely and go to City Market. For fresh or frozen chicken, go to City Market, and then check for defrosted stuff at Walmart, but it is very fatty.
