I love everything is $1.00!  The consumables are not out dated, or bad in anyway. The name brand quality is the same, although the quantity may be different. It's still usually cheaper overall to buy it here. And it's ok for me that some of the things (dishes for example) I buy here won't last my entire lifetime. I will likely want to change things up before then anyway. And at these prices I can do it more often. Despite the fact the floors are not all that clean, and frequently the shelves are in complete disarray, or are not entirely stocked. All of good deals are worth shopping here!

My experience with Dollar Tree Inc. Elsewhere is limited so I can't compare Apples to apples though I can comment on the inventory selection & retail experience in general. To start their inventory is a mix of frozen, caned and shelf stable food plus candy, also sections covering hobby(vary lite), education, toys, hardware, health/beauty and books plus greeting cards. The retail experience shelves appear unordered and downright messy at times, with opened packages of food & other items are a common site and I've yet to encounter any employees with more then a passing knowledge of what's in the store or where its located at that time, other then the manager. That being said you can find some Really good deals here, and not just because everything's only a dollar! As a bonus I've yet to meet a disgruntled or mean employee here which is always nice. All in all it's not a bad store I will continue to shop here and you should give it a shot ;-)

I don't just shop at dollar tree for the savings, the actual items usually end up being better quality than at a bigger store. All employees are friendly and funny. Don't be afraid to try out something here, i highly recommended the kitchen gadgets
