All the pets you love and everything they need is what you'll find at Ellensburg Pet Center. Family owned and established in 1983, we are one of Ellensburg's oldest downtown businesses. We offer a variety of live animals and a large assortment of quality products for your pet's health & entertainment.

Ellensburg Pet Center is the most fun you can have downtown!

Come visit our mascot, Buddy. she is a beautiful African Grey Parrot. Born October 15, 1984, she has lived in the store since she was 1!

The Pet Center is.. Fun, to say the least. It's always put a smile on my face to go in there and see some fun animals and I have even gotten a few pets and things from there now and again. The employees are generally pretty nice although often not the most knowledgeable. Also, sometimes they have some questionable practices, such as taking in and selling litters of rats from somewhat untrustworthy breeders.. In most cases, if you really want a pet with a naturally good personality and health that you're really going to love you'd be better off buying from a professional breeder out of Seattle or something like that. And the prices on the accessories and items they sell for pets are NOT good. I have a difficult time justifying buying anything from them when I could buy the same thing for 3/4 the price at Pet Sense down the road or more often than not 1/2 the price on Amazon..

Support local shops. Very friendly staff, the owners are such nice people and easy to talk to. We buy all our pet stuff there because we have fussy cats and want them healthy, the animal food they sell their is very high quality, and well priced. Just go there... it's a good place. Also visit the mascot African Grey parrot, her name is buddy and she is mostly grumpy. On a good day she'll let you scratch her neck, don't touch her wings.

Great place, I get my fish Zeus his food and other stuff there, great prices which is good because I'm a broke 15 yr old🤣🤣🤣
