Remember everything and everyone is replaceable... they renovated the store and it's going down hill . As soon as They get rid of mangers it  will change for the better...this is a real review not the fake reviews the store put up to make them self look good....This store need to close down shut doors an hire a better staff not this ghetto staff they have now.  One person one register all the time ALWAYS  ALL THE TIME one person. Old black  lady day/and night Manger always in office All The time... No respect for the paying customers ever, it's a shame. This store  will not get a dime from me again and if you are smart you'll do the same. All the time I spent waiting in line they need to pay me for the time loss. Tonight This  New lite skin ghetto  small Young girl with messy afro  hair working register super mouthy when I asked for help.. sucking  her teeth rolls her  eyes talking under her breath at me like I'm not standing in front of her,, if you don't like the job you have go somewhere else losers so someone can have a chance and make the  store experiences better for everyone.  So i told manager about her associate on the register  and she gave me attitude too, an now i see why associate is the way  she is...This store really need to get rid of the uneducated old black ghetto  ladys  so call mangers and staff...  I'm a black person I'm not in anyway  racist,  I just tell it how I see it. I can bet you anything  you'll have the same experience. I will definitely be going to the store down the road Lutz dollar tree 100 times better with the best mangers on duty. ever time I go to the  Lutz store there's  ALWAYS professional  mangers and associates on duty  just spend 3min in the  store and  watch the professionalism at work... just like that I change stores and I feel relieved I don't have to ever go back to the  wasteland store on bears  they call dollar tree by ross....Carrollwood dollar tree super sucks

workers near the register but only one register open. Smh. It was like a walmart smh.... 100 people in a line 2 registers lol. Customer service need an improvement here for sure. Please help them.

Can get under staffed at times, but the people that work there have always been nice, courteous and helpful.
