I was trying to send an important fax to the IRS. When I got the confirmation sheet that I waited on for over 15minutes I just wanted to leave the store. So after I get home I look at the confirmation sheet and it says busy/ no response. Well that was my fault, no doubt but I try to call the store and they answer and put me on hold three calls in a row!!! And leave me there!!! Then when I finally get someone that talks they tell me I have to cone back to the store. Everyone knows that a fax machine will keep trying when a number is busy and that the information is held in the machine till it sends! But he was too f-ing lazy to handle the issue!! Will never ever use that store location again,!!!!!!

Clean store. Friendly staff. I was asked by what appeared to be a manager if I was finding everything alright. Cashier was polite and social. I find Staples to be a bit pricey for some of the items I would buy, so I normally only come when there is an excellent deal.

They made me pay upfront for a print there, which I thought was strange, but I decided to do it. I have been doing printing and design for 20 years. So the files I gave to them was set up for a quality print. What I got from them for my 60 bucks was a much darker print with scratches in the ink. I told her they might be to dark, she told me it was ok to take them home to see if they will work in the light and if the prints are still to dark then we will reprint them, no payment necessary. So I did just that, took them home and they are in fact to dark. I bring the prints back only to find a different person working and he tells me that they cant do a reprint for free but for a discounted price, even the cashier that was working there thought that was BS. They run there printing department unprofessionally. When I received my prints before it took them 3 hours. When I took them back for reprints, it was around 10am, and Its 2:30pm and they still dont have my prints ready and he claims the reason is cause im last on the list. I find that funny cause when I went in none of the printers was in use at all. What a joke. Once I get my prints I will NEVER go there again.
