I've always had a good buying experience here over the years.  The store is bright and well kept for a dollar store.  I'm frequently surprised by the good selection.

Hot in the store ,nasty floor cashier has a beautiful  personally  ,.that make up for my hot experience. people with asthma  its copd shouldn't go to that store .

I absolutely love the store, as well as the selection/prices and considering it is the holiday season I completely understand it being busy but today the customer service was definitely lacking. Terry was clearly frustrated with very little eye contact, sighing and what seemed to be her rushing us to get out of line while we were experiencing issues with putting our pin in at checkout. The first time the incorrect pin was entered she decided to bark out that it was the "WRONG PIN NUMBER" and added that "IT DECLINED" so she asked in an irritated tone what we want to do now. There's absolutely no excuse for poor customer service especially when you are busy, having patience with your customers is key.

What I can say is Ms. Dottie went out of her way to help me and called a few stores to locate an item that I needed more of. This is why I am giving them 5 stars....Rae
