We ordered a package from Pool King which included everything needed for our above ground pool and also had them do the installation.  The packaged deal was great, the installers were great as well.  My one complaint is that when they level the dirt they do not haul away what they remove.  They do let you know when you sign your paperwork but I didnt realize how much of an inconvenience it would be.  We did have some issues with the ladder that came with the set and the instructions that came with it.  We attempted to put it together on a Friday night and had some issues we called and spoke to them and they were very helpful we continued to have issues after they had closed so we called the next morning.  Since we had so many issues the owner John came out to our house to help us install the ladder.  This is by far not part of the package but they went above and beyond to help us.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We can't say enough about how Pool King treated us both in sales, installation and customer service!  Highly recommend Pool King, 5 star all the way.

Let's list the complaints:

- Damaged pool delivered after held at warehouse for a week.  Boxes were shredded in places.  A 5 yr old could see the contents may be broken. Na, lets hold them for a week and stick our installer with broken parts. 

- Bad liner out of the box.  You know, the one they said would last the life of the pool.  Leaked 2,500 gallons of water in my yard.  Had to drain and start over.  Still a mess.  Feel bad for the installer, really good and what they did, stuck fronting for a bad operator.

- Sold a whole batch of summer chemicals with a September install and then wanted me to buy a winterizing kit.  IE, they didn't include the items to close the pool they sold.....for a fall install.  We know you're not going to swim in it so here's next years chemicals. Now....if you want to close your pool.....it will cost.....

Real classy operation.
