It is better off going to a big company because you'll end up spending the same amount you would have spent with them and more (a lot more)  at the end of the day after "dollar wise " charges you extra for things that were already on the car. The costumer service is amazing when you walk in to get a car and you might even get a few stories about the business but that changes when you bring back the car. I picked up the car with dirt on it and was beside it the whole time I had it, when I brought it back clean they found a mark that looked and felt like they had already fixed it before and changed me for it. At the end of the day I was better off going to an honest company than going to rent a car from this company. Save yourself the money and chose someone else to do your business with.

Blew a head gasket on the way to Seattle with my family...After being screwed over by a major chain rental company in Yakima I found this amazing place who drove to Yakima and picked us up and saved our trip. He made our horrible, stressed out day turn around.  Great family owned business.  It was nice to actually get help finally but he went above and beyond what we expected.  Thank you Kevin for running a business with a heart and compassion you just don't find that anymore.

The lady Diane was amazing. Came and picked us up on the side of the road half hour away our RV had broken down. She was amazing after we returned the car to her she drove us to cle elum back to the shop where our rv was. Thank you Diane for everything! I'd recommend dollar wise to anyone and everyone. Truly amazing experience!!
