My car blew up on the highway. I got a tow. Found enterprise to try and rent a car. My credit card did not clear. So I call someone that has a card that will work. Enterprise does not take credit card payments over the phone. So I got stranded with my 2 year old daughter and my 8 year old son. The oversized icelandic snow princess with over douched hair was not very helpful and obviously too cool to be of any help.... but hey at least they picked me up before shoving a 2x4 up my ass, then telling me to have a nice day!!

Needed a car to visit nearby Yakima over the weekend.  Reserved a car online around friday midday for pickup at 5.30.  Received email confirmation etc, so though it was all good.
Go to pick the car up to be greeted with complete surprise, staff had no idea we were coming, and had no cars available.  
They explained that they did have a car available earlier, but it had to go into the shop for repair, which is probably why the online system let me book.  But I got no notification regarding this before going to the office, and had they let me know I could have tried another company.   Weekend plans ruined.

Was told by the Enterprise in Lacey ,WA that we could add additional driver to the vehicle rented. No mention of fees. Went into this location and was told that they would charge extra $10.00 a day. Another nickel and dime company.
