DAMAGED VEHICLE!!! OWNER NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DOLPHINS CAR WASH. Ever since the new brushes were installed, it's been horrible. The brushes leave scuff marks on your car, especially your wheels. I have, or should I say had, gloss black wheels from the dealership. Dolphins tire brushes scratched all 4 of my wheels and now they are dull. The GM of the store is not taking responsibility for his actions nor has made any attempt to call me back with a solution. Over $3000 in damages and no attempt is made to take care of their customers. DO NOT GO TO DOPLHINS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. Look closely at your paint once going through the wash a few times and you'll notice the scratches that are consistent with their brushes. Their brushes are way too aggressive and scratch the hell out of your car. Especially if you have black car, you're in trouble. Do not waste your money there. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! They will not do anything for you other then play the "We'll take care of you" card. What does that mean?!! 2 weeks and still have not been taken care of!!! Customers should not have to chase after a solution to a problem that was made by someplace else. EVEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER REVIEWED ABOUT HAVING MICRO SCRATCHES ON THEIR CAR. Your car will be ruined if you continue to get washes here. Your paint will get scratched up and your wheels will be ruined.

Over priced for the quality you get. Don't even look like the Damn machine hit one the passenger side of the my car. Waste of 20 bucks. The interior job decent. Never again. Very disappointing. Never will go back. 1st and last time.

My car has never been shinier! It’s fast, not to mention fun going through the wash with all the lights and colors. I have the option to vacuum myself or have them clean my interior for me. The “Towel Exchange” program is brilliant!!! I get a clean microfiber towel everytime to wipe my interior, exterior, and catch drips after driving down the road. It’s also nice to just have a towel in my car at all times for any mishaps between cleanings. Keep up the good work!

Love the job they did to my fiancé pickup. It was a surprise for him. Cause was a mess and those guys did an awesome job. Very pleased

I decided to go to Dolphins Car Wash to wash my truck thoroughly after my hail dent repair 3 months ago. In the past, the Car wash had great customer service and it was the only car wash that actually did a great job washing my vehicle every time I went there in the past for the money. The Machines hit about every hard to reach parts on my truck, like my tail gate and the hood grooves. 

As of today, I will no be no longer returning to the car wash due to being an overly priced Bucky's Car wash. $30 for the top tier wash with a added fees for tire shine and others for a Bucky's Quality of washing is ridiculous.  The best part, their new machines for washing  vehicles 
 is extremely mediocre than their older touch-less sprayers. Especially with the large spots that the machine misses. 

Personally I loved the old way they used to wash Cars and I was more than willing to pay a little extra for the wonderful service they used to provide. 

If you want a gas station quality wash, save money and go to an actual gas station. They will be at least $15 cheaper avg than this place and will most likely do a better job. Most of the newer Bucky and Fantasy's Car wash include free hand drying for half the price.
