We started in 1963 and have washed over 24 million cars since. We hire only 1 in 60 applicants, and our turnover is less than 15%. Our hiring process ensures that we meet our goal of employing front line associates that are better than our competition management. Every day we do one hour of maintenance on our equipment before we open, most car washes do less than that in a week. We have video cameras in our car wash that scan your car during the process to alleviate any questions a customer might have with our process. We use mystery shoppers at every location to help maintain our high level of service. If a customer needs something small and extra we provide it at no extra charge..

So far not off to a good start. I took my car in and purchased the top of the line monthly package. I was told by the manager the day prior that they use microfiber towels for drying the car off. When I went through my first wash and they proceeded to dry it off, I saw they were using cotton towels. Now, in case you don’t know, cotton towels have been proven to scratch the clear coat on cars when illuminated under fluorescent or led light. I asked the guy to stop and he rudely ignored me so I went into my trunk to grab some microfiber towels for them to use and hand them to him and he rudely refused to use it and pointed for me to get out of his way. Now, I have done detail at one of the best places for it in Omaha and I can confidently say that if they are using cotton towels to dry off their cars instead of microfibers, then there are other things they are not doing properly as well. If you’re a car guy this is not the place to go because from what I’ve seen so far they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m going to give them another shot and if they continue to refuse to use microfiber towels that I am even willing to provide, then I will go somewhere else.

This is truly the best car wash in town, hands down! They have several unlimited packages available, including unlimited interior cleans and hand dry. I go through this car wash nearly every single day. It only takes them a few minutes to dry it off, wipe down the inside and spray of the floor mats. Not other car wash in town offers the services they do in an unlimited monthly package!

So glad I found this place! I feel the price is fair and the car always come out looking great! I love that they vaccumm, clean the windows and  wipe everything down. I would highly recommend this place for those who don't want to have to clean their car.

I highly enjoy this place! I’m a courier so I’m in my car all day long. Doesn’t take much to get it dirty. I love this place because of the monthly plans they have. I come a couple times a week and for the amount it costs me, I can’t go wrong! My car always looks so shiny. They wipe down the dash, clean the windows, clean the door jams, vacuum everywhere and wipe any left over water from the car wash off. Hard working guys every time I’m here. I knocked off a star because sometimes when I go through the wash I don’t get the best wash that I paid for. It’ll lack tire dressing and the “Rain X” treatment. And lastly, there is a slight language barrier. I don’t complain about not getting he right wash because it isn’t worth the trouble when the barrier is there. Other than that, love this place!!

Was told they could remove some paint splash that had gotten on my car and give it a full wax. When I walked out to the car after they said it was done, this is the condition they were going to let me drive away in. Looks like they used sandpaper/magic eraser without any consideration for the clear coat. Any 8 year old could have done this shoddy of work. They then tried to convince me these were "water spots". It's a good thing I had a before photo I took to show them: "No, you did this and you need to fix it." They ended up spending the next 45mn buffing out all the scuffs they put into the car. Regardless of the outcome, the fact that they were ready to let me roll out of that stall as seen in the attached picture has guaranteed they will never have my business in the future. If you have read this far, I hope you think twice before trusting them with your vehicle too. If you must use them, take pictures before at the very least. Get employee names. Hold them accountable for damages.
