We bought a bed and matching end table for our daughter's bedroom during an New Year's sale last January. The bed and end table arrived at the suggested time frame but the end table was cracked and dented. We returned the end table to receive a replacement, two months later another damaged end table arrived.  We sent it back, three months later ANOTHER damaged end table arrived. At this point, they offered to repair it, I said no because we paid for a brand new, hand crafted end table. We waited another two and a half months for the end table, this one FINALLY was in good shape. It arrived in November the following year. We asked for one of two things, either reimbursement of shipping cost or to keep the damaged table in addition to the new one. They refused and said we should have taken the repairs. I will never buy furniture from them again. I have had issues with damaged furniture before with other companies and they have always offered refunded shipping cost or to keep the damaged pieces. We are very disappointed

The attraction is the expansive display floor with numerous room suites attractively displayed.  The eye catcher are the unusual coffee tables in the displays.  They are a major artistic plus that sells the furniture.   Picture examples are posted.  Due to the large display floor they have two discount departments and Clearance Departments.  Everything is under one roof.

2 month ago my review would be a 5 star.
Now after 3 month since we paid over $3 thousands for a sectional - we haven't used it once.
At first, we had been waiting around 2 month for our sectional to arrive to the store. Which is normal and told us that upfront.
Then, it arrived incomplete. Bad? Yes. But not a terrible thing. I called the store very next morning, reported all the missing parts(pillow, legs, screws, bolts) and was assured that they will expedite the shipping from a manufacturer to me. It was in March.

Yesterday, I was told that store has our missing parts, but can't expedite the shipping and it would take another 2 weeks to send it to my house.
I took a time off today and spend another 2 hours driving to & from a store and getting our missing parts.
Only today, after plenty of phone calls, inquiries and waiting from me and my wife we finally got our parts, so we can enjoy our living room sectional.
We honestly liked this furniture store before the whole experience!
I hope that they would pay attention to this  review by improving service to all future customers.

This place is HUGE! Mostly furniture for the baby-boomer age, but a few modern gems.
