Great products, store employees searched for product that was found to be out of stock. The original employee had knowledge & provided guidance & that improved my understanding & built trust & my gratitude. However, at 8 pm, the store was so different than peak shopping time. I plan to return again when I need a product that they carry.

What a mess. Stuff everywhere. We ordered fence panels that are tinted and the only way to get one that matches is to order 39 (one skid). We need 14. The lady at the pro desk was nice though.

We've been shopping at Lowe's for the past couple of weeks since we bought a new home and are doing some updating, and so glad we ran into Anthony in the lights dept! His customer service was outstanding! Every time we run into him he has gone over and above to help us. Can't say enough about Anthony except we went through at least 2 other employees that same day, and they were totally oblivious of what we needed until we ran into Anthony! Please keep this guy since he really cares about servicing the customer and cares about his job!

Three weeks ago I came here to buy windows. I pressed the button for customer service, waited 20 minutes, then went to find someone. The person I found called for help for me. I waited another 30 minutes. Nothing. I left. Today, I tried to buy a replacement spark plug for the lawnmower THAT I bought here. They didn't have it, nor did they have a spark plug wrench that fit lawnmower spark plugs. I'm done with trying to shop here. Not enough people on staff and they aren't set up to support their customers.

I've been trying to use up a gift card here for years, but I never find what I want. Employees on the sales floor (when you can find them) seem reluctant to help customers. Most recently I shopped for lighting fixtures and locks. The few items that interested me were out of stock. I may have that gift card forever.
