IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!! IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR STAY AWAY FROM HERE. THEY PUT A STRAIGHTENER IN MY HAIR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CURLS. I REPEAT IF YOY LOVE YOUR CURLS DO BOT GO HERE!!!

I went on a Saturday to get my hair done at this shop. Before she started my hair I informed the short fat one that I had psoriasis in the scalp but it was fine because I get blow outs all the time...well she then goes to I guess who was in charge and they both came to me speaking whatever language they speak....and the woman in charge points to my scalp and says "nasty nasty" and refused to do my hair that day...and the shop was full of people...I will never in my life go back to that shop...!!!! They don't deserve this one start I'm giving them but it's the only way I can post!!

My second time coming here only because Bonitas no longer open on Sundays. I paid $55 just to go home n redo my hair, I explained to her how i wanted it styled and she still didn't do it right. My curls was so tight it look like i was ready to take class pictures for 1st grade. My hair didn't feel light n bouncy at all like it normally does after Bonitas blow out instead it felt greasy and weighed down. This place doesn't even deserve one star

I am disgusted that I just paid $50 to have my hair blown out and have to go home and redo it!! She constantly hit me in the forehead with the blow dryer my hair is dry, bumped my ends like I was in first grade when u can clearly tell I have layers. This is the third time I have been dissatisfied and will NEVER go there again!  Signed ANGRY CUSTOMER
