The pizza and service has always been spectacular! Today I ordered from a new employee named Alicia and she was very friendly very efficient and very patient with me ordering. The delivery came fast and the food was hot and delicious. I appreciate her friendliness and professionalism thank you again.

Worst service ever placed an order for delivery waited over an hour called was told that they tried to deliver, we were sitting outside waiting on it no one ever showed. I was told it's not their problem and it's my fault for no one coming. Had to go get it myself and got charged for delivery when I got it myself.

On April 06, 2017, we placed an order through the Wood Dale, IL store.  When the driver got to our house he had forgotten one of our items; I believe his name was Aaron but I'm not 100% sure.  He said he would come right back with our item, which he did, along with a free desert.  He was very apologetic, friendly, and polite.  He did not want to take a tip from me, but I insisted because it was a simple mistake and he acted in a very professional manner.  The fact that he offered to not take a tip says a lot about the type of person he is.  We will continue to order from this store in the future.  I hope that he gets recognition for his great service.

The only problem was that they asked for the shipping zip code....the food was great and 10 minute wait time
