Ordering online was very easy and orderly. My order has always been made exactly as ordered. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to delivery time, the last few times I have ordered it has taken over 20 min to get here after the tracker said the driver had already left with my order and I’m not far from the store. My food is usually room temperature or cold never warm much less hot. I order online when I’m at work and can’t leave so if my food is cold I have to eat it that way I have no way of heating it up, other than that my experiences have been great with Fort Hood St Domino’s.

We ordered 1 pizza online at 6:30pm. The tracker said it left the store at 7pm. We live less than 5 minutes from the store. At 8pm, I call the store because the tra lee said our pizza was delivered and we hadn't got it. The "manager" said oh the driver took the pizza back to the store because he couldnt find our house. We will never order there again. I wish there were negative stars.

I ordered this pizza before I read all of the reviews. Smh what did I do that for? I ordered a pepperoni pizza along with a sausage pizza. It got here faster than I expected, so I was very pleased. When my family and i sat down to open the boxes, the pizza looks old as hell, like they just had it in a heater waiting for someone to pick it, but it never gets picked. My 2 year old daughter who eats everything doesn't even want to eat it. It's disgusting. I'm new here and never have I EVER had nasty pizza like this. I only have it two stars because it got here fast.

I ordered a pizza with chicken, cheese, and extra buffalo sauce, and 2 marinara. sauces for breadtwists. The pizza came with no sauce at all on it and no marinara sauces. I called and they assured me that I would get a new pizza and marinara sauces in 30 minutes. After waiting for 50 minutes, I call again and they tell me the pizza is not even on the way yet. They tell me they will remake the whole order because all of my food is cold at this point. I wait another hour and they only deliver the pizza. Still no marinara sauces and they did not remake the whole order as promised. At this point I gave up on trying. I will never order from Dominos again.

Service was very good..An employee named hunter offered some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time. I would recommend the location to friends.
