Holy Jesus I know it's New Year's day but what in the world is going on with this location?
There are only 5 tables occupied (2 have already walked out) and 9 tables still sitting uncleaned.
Soon as we walked in we were told our food would be a 40 min wait for our food (why?)
There are apparently 2 waitresses for the floor but 1 is running around just saying sorry to everyone and the other has only been helping 1 table this entire time.
We arrived a little after 6pm and it's now 7:35pm with no food yet.
Sadly the table next to us has been waiting for well over an hour easily and requested to speak to the manager but she has not come out.
The kitchen has been cooking this entire time and getting food out for their to go orders but are completely neglecting people eating in.
I've watched 1 workers just stand off to the side this entire time while another is sitting at the register. The staff seriously needs to be retrained for time management and proper staffing.
We ended up just leaving after the tables around us were told their food had no estimated time to be finished after sitting there for an hour.

The food is so so good, and the service is even better! Our server Hannah was very attentive and informative of our menu options. I cannot say enough great things about this place! The atmosphere is fun and just all around family friendly. Don't forget to ask for Hannah when you come in for a bite!

My visit to this restaurant was wonderful the staff was very professional the food was great, nice and warm, taste great. I would say take time to review the menu. it's not so easy to select an option. But it's worth a second visit and I hope everyone enjoys.

Decent food, less than acceptable service. It was nearly empty, and we were waiting nearly ten minutes before we were seen. Our drinks were refilled once in an hour. Prices were as expected for food quality, but service did not match.

I've been on hold for 20 minutes already and haven't ordered yet!! The food is great. However, if you can figure out how to order online, I'd suggest doing it that way. 😞 

Edited to add that I eventually hung up and called back. Guess what?! They're ready to take my order now! No waiting, no holding! And now that I know I have to add something to my order for the protein options to be available, I won't be calling in anymore!
