Consistently correct, good service, overall quality and timeliness is very good. Pricing is affordable and reasonable. Tasty. No complaints.
I think the corporate decision to focus on quality of offerings vs. the prior paradigm - getting a free pizza if it didn't arrive in 30 minutes or less - was savvy and well-considered.
In my opinion, one of the things missing in our current customer service and marketing environment is the ability to consider things from the customer's perspective. It seems to me like decision-makers actually tried to do that.
The people on the ground seem to "get" that - that suggests to me that they're on-board and respect corporate and management decisions. Regardless why, you've got good people making good food.

They by far make the best pizza from any other Domino's locations I have ordered from. I really like how you can build your own pizza online to get whatever you want and they make it exactly how you like it. The food comes pretty fast so I'm not waiting for forever.

Pizza was very good and met expectations. Ordered with extra hearty marina sauce which was delicious. Toppings were plentiful  Can honestly say it was a very tasty pizza.

Very dissatisfied with this order.  Saved up 60 points for a free pizza.  The system in place makes it incredibly hard to redeem.  Choose a medium deep dish.... Automatically assumes you're done with the order....To get toppings, you must practically give up your points.  Still paying for that "Free" pizza. (Not b*tching about the delivery fee.. But paying for the d*mned pizza itself) This is purely buyer beware.
