We asked for our pizza well done. To me, well done means the pizza is crispy, almost crunchy. Well, what we had was some pie that looked like jello. Come on! And we tipped the driver well. For jello?

Dominos should close down all their Whittier stores or fire them all and get friendly people that really appreciate they have a job. They are beyond rude and do not smile.

Two hour delivery time that they were dishonest about. Pizza sat under a heating lamp for 90 minutes so it was terrible. Driver was rude. Overall, bad experience.

Whittier has two of the worst Domino's Pizza and both are franchise. Their fake customer service is just covering the rude, passive aggressive attitudes. This place lacks over sight and training. They get orders wrong, even when ordering from the app. If you are part of the domino's rewards program, they questioned the free pizza you earned, "just to make sure that it is really free". If you pay with cash, make sure it's $20 or smaller. They don't take anything larger. No visible signage, just a small tape noting this at the bottom edge of a three foot counter. I miss the Beverly/Norwalk location. They were good at what they did. This location is just problem after problem. They need better training, supervision and signage. I gave them three chances and they blew it. Avoid it. Go to one of the many mom and pop pizzerias or other chains.
