Ordered a pizza at 6:40 o'clock

At 7:40 the online tracker had shown the "perfection check" was carried out an hour prior, but with no delivery sent out

After calling, I was put on hold, then told to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to get sent out, and to be sure the pizza wouldn't be cold.

25 minutes later, called back to see the status of the delivery, and it was met with "it'll be more time"

I was forced to cancel the order, as 1h40 for a pizza is unacceptable by the high standard I've come to expect from Domino's.

What a shame that experience was.

I've been ordering from this place since early June 2017 and I've had maybe 3 experiences that weren't so pleasing being that the pizzas took more than an hour and a half to have delivered after being ordered. just today I ordered a pizza and it arrives with 3 strands of hair all over it. I called to complain and a very rude and non helpful employee picked up. I complained about what happened and it seemed as if there was absolutely no initiative to help or accommodate. I instead was asked "ok so what do you want me to do about it?". im done ordering from this place. even with my loyalty of ordering close to 6 pizzas a month for almost 7 months they decided to blow me off and lose another customer that easily. very disappointed.

Crust was very dry. Very light on the Sauce. Cheese mushrooms and onions are good. Wings were barely touched by the barbecue sauce. The wings were cooked correctly, but not enough sauce at all. Good for a quick meal to go.

Manager was rude, bad customer service. No paper plates, no garlic sauce on the crust. I requested alfredo sauce instead of garlic, it was extra. Spinach, extra. I don't get it. Our dominos in PA and their staff  is 10 times nicer than these guys.

I called to order 3 pizzas, when they answered they put me on hold straight away, they came back on to ask me for my order, I then inquired about their deals for the evening they said there wasn't any, I had told them one moment they answered abruptly you need to hurry up or take your business elsewhere. The entire conversation lasted 3 minutes 19 seconds. talk about rude, I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere, your competition thanks you!
