This is the second time I've ordered delivery from here and waited passed an hour for the food. So I call and their excuse was "we're short on drivers" ummmm you didn't think to call me and let me know why my pizza is still sitting at your restaurant getting cold??? So I just said forget it, I'll pick it up myself. Ppl here in Greenwood need to stop eating here so often and I guarantee you, the management there will improve along with their services. It's a shame that Papa John's has excellent customer service there, they made us feel welcome as soon as we open the door but it's the opposite here. It's just Papa John's is expensive, very expensive with little deals on their pizzas.

Spent 60.00....waited 44 mins., after the dominoes 'meter' said Victor had it out for delivery. It was cold..(THE PIZZA AND CHICKEN)...   Pizza was burned  1.5 all the way around..no double cheese..no extra pepperoni..but it was still 33.00, just for the pizza. This is why you won't retain customers. Yes, I am a regular customer....or was.
