Karen just delivered our pizzas and when she left I made sure to tell everyone that she was by far the nicest, most amazing delivery driver I have ever personally interacted with! I checked the receipt to see if I could leave a survey review. I liked her so much I had to make sure everyone knows! Karen, you were awesome! I wanted to tip you even more! Before I head back to Illinois, i'm going to personally request her deliver a pizza again so I can give her the tip she deserves!

Although the pizza is good, the delivery time and customer service is terrible.  The last time I ordered from Papa John's the pizza was over an hour late and when I called to inform the manager of the delay I was told the manager was unavailable and that the manager would call back - which never happened.  This tardy delivery was not the first occurance - it happened a couple of weeks earlier.   I recommend Jets as a good fresh alternative.  Jets Pizza allows editing of the ingredients of their specials and the delivery is on time or better.

When location opened I was so excited. We ordered multiple times and order was never correct. I talked to managers and cooperate no one seemed to care. They did give me a free pizza from corporate. Guess what it arrived wrong also. So glad Dominos opened a store. All my orders have been correct and have arrived in 30 minutes or less. Even on days the drivers have told me they have been slammed. Thats quality service.

I’ve tried to be patient with this location, as I’m a Papa Johns fan. But three consecutive times of being told it will be a 30-40 minute wait for carry out orders and then when I arrive I end up having to wait over an hour every single trip for the pizza... that’s 3 strikes. Its time to take my business to somewhere that’s more reliable.

The app messed up my order then the manager (bryce) was a snob about fixing it. Waited 25 minutes for the pizza to be remade, by then my other pizza was soggy from sitting in the heat lamp.
